A maritime collision is one of the most serious incidents a vessel can face. As your trusted local correspondent, we act as your first responder in Korea, providing swift action and precise investigation to protect your and your Member’s interests. Our role is to immediately mobilize on-site, secure critical evidence, and coordinate with all relevant parties to manage the complexities of the aftermath.
Handling of the 4/4ths RDC (P&I Liability for the Full 4/4)
When your P&I Club assumes full cover for the collision liabilities (4/4ths RDC), our role as the P&I correspondent is to provide comprehensive support for the entire claims process.

- Stakeholder Coordination: We coordinate communication with all relevant parties, including port authorities, the Korean Coast Guard, and technical experts, to ensure a smooth flow of information and a well-coordinated response.
