Expert Response and Solutions for Incidents.
Cargo Damage
We conduct swift on-site investigations, secure evidence, and provide accurate damage assessments, with various sources of experts, to assist the Club and shipowners in making informed decisions.
Crew /Personal Injury
We coordinate urgent medical assistance and/or conduct thorough incident investigations to facilitate communication between the Club, medical staff, crew, and other relevant parties.
FFO
We carry out investigations with local surveyors on the most suitable terms and report on damage to maritime and land-based facilities, such as docks, bridges, and port infrastructure, to support the Club’s quick response.
Collision
In the event of a collision, we perform initial on-site investigations and evidence preservation (via outstanding surveyors and experts) to clarify the circumstances of the accident, assisting the Club in preparing for potential legal proceedings.
Pollution
We provide immediate on-site support for marine pollution incidents, including assistance with containing spills, estimating costs, and liaising with government authorities.
Hull Damage
We conduct prompt on-site surveys following hull damage incidents to determine the cause and extent of the damage, providing detailed reports to the Club and shipowners.
FDD
We assist the Club in resolving complex charterparty disputes by providing expert analysis, coordinating with legal counsel, and offering strategic advice on resolving FDD claims.

We provide on-site support and coordination for other P&I claims, such as stowaways and fines, to help the Club and shipowners resolve issues efficiently.
